These terms cover both your use of this website and enrolment in classes at Aerial Dynamics Academy, Ukiyo Art and Dance Studio, Ganko Industrial Estate, Malad West, Mumbai.

1. Class registration and attendance

Registrations must be completed before the first class of the month or term.
Missed sessions must be covered before the end of the month.
No cover-ups or extensions are given for holidays or vacations taken during the registered term.
Medical leave can be reported with a doctor's letter or certificate for missed classes.

2. Using this website

This website is provided for information about our classes, pricing, and location. Enquiries, trial bookings, and enrolment are handled off-site over WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, or in person — not through this website. We aim to keep the information on this site accurate, but class timings, pricing, and availability are confirmed at the time of booking, not by the website content alone.

3. Content and intellectual property

The text, photos, and branding on this site belong to Aerial Dynamics Academy unless otherwise credited, and may not be reused without permission.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

5. Assumption of risk

Aerial silk is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury, including falls and strain. Every student (or, for a minor, their parent or guardian) signs a separate assumption-of-risk and liability waiver in person at enrolment, before taking part in any class. That signed waiver, not this website, is the governing document for physical risk and liability.
