Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Aerial Dynamics Academy ("we", "us", "our") operates the website aerialdynamicsacademy.com and an aerial silk studio at Ukiyo Art and Dance Studio, Ganko Industrial Estate, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064, India. This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit this website. It does not cover information you share with us directly over WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, or in person at the studio — those conversations are governed by the privacy practices of those respective platforms and by our normal studio record-keeping.

1. What this website does not collect

This website has no sign-up forms, no account system, no newsletter, and no online payment or checkout. We do not ask you to type in your name, email, phone number, or payment details anywhere on the site. All class enquiries, trial bookings, and enrolment happen off-site, through WhatsApp, a phone call, Instagram, or in person.

2. What is collected incidentally

• Basic visit logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical information from every visit — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not access this data for marketing and do not combine it with anything else.
• A local, on-device flag. The homepage plays a short intro animation once per browser session. To avoid replaying it every time you move between pages, your browser stores a small marker locally (sessionStorage) that says the intro has been seen. This is not a cookie, is never sent to our servers, is not used to track or identify you, and disappears automatically when you close the tab.

3. Cookies

We do not set any cookies ourselves, and we do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels of any kind on this site. Because nothing on the site tracks you across visits or shares data with advertisers, no cookie consent banner is used. If that ever changes — for example, if we add analytics in the future — we will update this policy and add the appropriate consent tool first.

4. Third-party services this site talks to

• Google Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google's font servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font file shares your IP address and browser information with Google, under Google's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare. Our hosting and security provider; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google Maps. Buttons and links on this site take you to WhatsApp (Meta), Instagram (Meta), and Google Maps. Once you leave our site for one of these, that platform's own privacy policy applies to anything you share there.

5. Children's classes

We offer aerial silk classes for children as well as adults. The website itself does not collect any information about children, or about anyone else — there are no forms to fill in. Enrolment for a child's class, including any information a parent or guardian chooses to share, happens directly over WhatsApp, phone, or in person with a parent or guardian, never through the site.

6. Your rights

As an India-based business, we aim to handle personal data consistently with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Because this website does not collect personal data directly, there is generally nothing for us to correct, export, or delete on your behalf arising from your use of the site itself. If you have shared information with us through WhatsApp, phone, or in person and would like it corrected or deleted from our records, contact us using the details below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website changes — for example, if we add a booking form, online payments, or analytics in the future. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
